Our Experience Corps Milestone Pins are the best resource to annually recognize the total years of service a volunteer has spent with the program, as a tutor, site leader, or other vital contributor. These _-inch lapel pins can be used to increase retention in the early years (bronze pins for 1, 2, 3, and 4 years), middle years (silver pins for 5, 10, and 15 years), or for decades of service (gold pins for 20, 25, and 30 years). Each pin is metal plated with a military clutch back, filled with soft enamel, and features the AARP Foundation Experience Corps name flanking the years of service. Sold individually.
